Preambleالمقدّمة

This document governs the use of the services of ASG SPX Online Store, LLC ("the Company", "we", "our"), including our website, subscription platform, and Telegram channel. By accessing or subscribing, you acknowledge your legal capacity and agree fully to the provisions of this agreement.

• Subscriber (Consumer): any person who subscribes to or uses the platform.المستهلك (المشترك): كل شخص يشترك أو يستخدم خدمات المنصة.
• Agreement: this Terms of Services, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer combined.الاتفاقية: شروط الخدمة، سياسة الخصوصية، وإخلاء المسؤولية.

Article 2 – Eligibilityالمادة الثانية – أهلية المستهلك

• Subscribers must be at least 18 years old or legally competent.يقر المشترك بأنه قد أتم 18 عاماً أو أنه ذو أهلية قانونية معتبرة.
• By subscribing, you confirm your ability to enter into this agreement.بالاشتراك، يؤكد المشترك قدرته على الالتزام بهذه الاتفاقية.
